WELL I AM IN A VERY BAD SITUATION. BASICALLY MY HUSBAND AND I GOT MARRIED AFTER AN EXCLUSION ORDER (MISREPRESENTATION) ON HIM WAS PLACED BECASUE WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD HELP HIM GET BACK FASTER. WE WERE TOLD THAT HE CAN COME BACK EARLIER THEN 2 YEARS IF WE FILE FOR "PERMISSION TO RETURN TO CANADA" I AM PAYING A LAWYER 1500 TO DO THIS AND HELP WITH THE APPLICATION. IS IT WORTH IT? WILL HE BE BACK BEFORE THE 2 YEARS? PLEASE HELP!
