hi to all,
i am in this situation where I need to apply for 2 work permit applications.
Currently, I am working for Company A where my work visa is still valid until January 15, 2013. I will get the new LMO by December 2012 and will be able to apply for renewal by that time, expecting a March release because of expected slowdown during holidays in December.
Two weeks ago, I received a job offer from Company B. They applied for accelerated LMO and will be able to apply for work permit in november, with expected release on February.
My question is:
Is it possible have work permit applications to for both employers? (Company B one month ahead of Company A). If yes, will I still be on an implied status and be able to continue working for Company A until I get the visa stamped for Company B?
