2 weeks had past and still they haven't return my moms application for tourist visa. I assume that they should return the whole application as they sent it directly to CEM. Supposedly they need to send it to VAC and the VAC will forwarded it to CEM.
We emailed the CEM and no response at all. What should we do? Pls help..

There is a chat link if you scroll through the page. Try asking them if they can retrieve an application sent to CEM or anyway they can assist.

Hi there, thanks for the response. I emailed the VAC already and they told me to contract the CEM. I will try to do that on Monday. I'm gonna chat with them, I hope they can assist me with this. I'm concern about this because my moms passport is in the application they sent directly to CEM. thanks for the advice.
