I had refusal for visitor visa in Jan 2020(applied form India). 2 refusals of Study permit in Dec 2020 and April 2021 when applied from UAE. Should I re-apply from India? Reasons for refusal are:
• based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• based on the purpose of your visit.
• based on your current employment situation.
• based on your immigration status.
• based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence
I am an Indian citizen-UAE resident. I mentioned in SOP and LOE that I am on leaves from my bank for 2 yrs from March 2020-March 2022 to join my husband in Dubai. My questions are:

1) If I re-apply from India, should I be physically present in India?
2) As I have mentioned in my SOP that I am on 2 years leaves to join my husband in Dubai, how can I justify this point if I apply from India?
3) I had recently visited India last month, can I hide my passport immigration stamping for the latest Travel from India to Dubai?

It wont make a difference if you reapply from India as a resident of UAE. As i comment on your other thread, the issues is family ties and sabbatical leave which they already know whether you reapply in India or UAE. Address those issues and reapply
