2 seperate profile of husband & wife !!

Hello to all
Please guide me

My EE profile is created in May 2017 by my consultant , CRS is 259, My OID falls in SINP , so whenever it opens... we will apply for that.
though My wife s OID falls in Nova Scotia ,what if I create "a " new profile of her as a primary applicant.
( I have almost all documents of her also.)

Can this idea Work ??
NS PNP IS comparatively more better for us.
