We are about to send additional requested documents to the Embassy what I was wondering on the places where my wife lived would we include a cruise ship where she worked for six months on the vison of the seas? Also should we put her file number on all documents even notorized ones or would that void them some how? Just making sure all the bases are covered thanks in advance.

Yes include alll places lived including the sea ship ...If they are asking all places lived you tell them all places lived

As for the B file number i wouldnt do that... If you are really overly concerned you can take a stick note or a paper clip and write on a paper and attach it to the front of the document..

Overall what we have done throughout our porcess is put all documentation in a big brown envelope ...Decribing the contents on the front clearly labelled ...and our B file number ...it has always worked for us!!
