We got two re-medicals requests for my husband and myself with different IME numbers. One request on 10th Jan 2022 and second request on 15th Jan 2022. The panel physician had used the IME numbers which were sent to us on 10th Jan 2022. Till now the meds are not updated in MyCiC account. Have raise webforms with the IRCC and NDVO but no response.
What can be done in this situation? Experts, Pl comment.
