The guide states to write the type of sponsorship. SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP or COMMON LAW SPONSORSHIP, etc. for whatever type it is.
We didn't write any date the photo was taken. The guide specified only write the name of the applicant and their birthday I believe. Refer to your country specific guide for this info. Each region may have different specifications.
The kind of sponsorship that you are using will dictate where you will send it....
so, check the address where you have to send it...
When it comes to the pictures,
again... it will depend on the country that will process your sponsorship,
every country has special requirements, therefore you have to follow their guidelines...
In our case, we did not have to write anything at the back of the pictures...
Its better if you take a look to the country specific requirements...
In the country specific section for latin america there are no instructions to write anything on the back of the visa photos. I guess we leave them blank then?

But wait... I think the photographer wrote something on the back, like a stamp for where the photos were taken. When I applied inland (later withdrew), the instructions had this so I don't know if all the photographers in Canada just do it by default.
Can anyone please tell me if Details of Foreign Travel form also called Supplementary Information form is required with the Inland app?
though the Document checklist IMM 5443 doesn't say to fill out one.
Did CIC asked anyone to fill it out after submitting the app.? Can anyone please help.
Thank you
