2 BR Apartment for Sub Lease in Toronto

Friends,
I have rented a spacious 2 Bed apartment on 25th floor near Don Mills- Sheppard Subway. The rent is $1150 including all utilities & well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. I had worked extremely hard to locate this beautiful apartment with an amazing view. A 24 hour bus service runs right in front of the apartment building.
Due to my job, I will have to relocate to a different location in Feb. My lease is until Oct 2011 and the only way I can get out of the lease is either pay a $300 fine (which I am looking to avoid ) or transfer the lease to someone else.
