2+2 Bachelor. Do WES accept?

2+2 Bachelor Do WES accept?

Ok,

In my country I finished in 2013 a 2 Year college degree from a
WES NON acreddited institution.

Then in 2017 I have transfered the credits from my
previous diploma to a University(acreddited) and I am finishing
at the end of this year a bachelor in Management.

So, I did what in USA is called 2+2

Will WES consider it equivalent as a 4 year Canadian Bachelor
Degree?
