1yr study + 1yr study = 3 yr work permit ????

Hi ....
I have taken one yr IBM prog in hamilton... which wil give me 1 yr post study work permit...

Bt on landing here ... i realized dt the time periodis nt sufficient fr settlmnt..

So i wntd to know if i take another 1 yr study.. will it surly give me 3 yr work permit...???

Also what is credit transfer .... nd how its being done..??

Anyone with similar case.... who can help me...??

Yes definitely.. if you extend your study for 1 more year.. it will make 2 years of study den you will get 2or 3 years of pgwp

Some people said that 1 years + 1 years course is not a good idea, because cic can confused the work permit period...

However, if you submit all the transcript and explain the history, they can give 2 years work permit..

I am not sure about 3 years work permit, because some student got only 2 years for their 2 years diploma.. I dont know why some people get 3 years work permit, and others.. not.. although it is 4 semesters and a diploma course.

U need to call to CIC in directly, and then get the correct answer... CIC will know the answer

Ontario is not easy one... are u studying master degree level? if then, it wont be a problem to stay in ontario...

dont lose your hope.. one indian guy got 10 months pgwp( studied in ontario), but he got a nominee letter from alberta.
There is another way.

Get a full time job first... not casheier, labours job.. I mean, ur skilled job in related to ur study or past working experience.
