15 years + 1 PG diploma = 16 years valid for Master degree in University?

Hello,
I want to know that if a person has completed 3 years bachelor degree and if he does 1 year pgdiploma which will complete the requirement of 16 years of education, will he be eligible for getting admission in master degree in university.

Which university accept such profile?

BMS 3 years
PG diploma 1 years

If you have knowledge about any university which accept such profile, please name them.

I share the same concern , one of the education consultant said to me few universities accept such format 15 yrs. + 1 yr. PG and grant admission for Masters program.

So were you able to grab admission in any admission.? can you mention the university which are good enough and take 15 years of education plus 1 year diploma.
