Just got this info from a friend and I went to CRS calculator , entered the same information that I now have on my express entry profile and I do see extra 15 points as below
Comprehensive Ranking System formula Subtotal Core/Human capital + Spouse factors + Skill transferability = 471
Provincial nomination = 0
Job offer = 0
Study in Canada = 15
Sibling in Canada = 0
French-language skills = 0
Subtotal Additional points = 15
Grand total = 486
So I see this new subtotal additional points, however when i login into my profile , the points are still 471 . My buddy says his lawyer suggested withdrawing and resubmitting profile , I am very confused , how come there is no update on cic website regarding this and why do we have to withdraw if the information is same/no change .
Did anyone try this ?

Hi Brother,
Baljinder is here. I hope you are doing great. I'm so confused as well. What does Study in Canada =15 points. I think these 15 points we are already getting before this change.Do actually these points has been added to the total points. I don't think this has been implemented yet.
what are your thoughts?
thanks . Have a good one!
Yeah I know that. My current CRS express entry score is 457 but CRS calculator is showing 472 (457+15). Do you have any idea when will the express entry profile get updated with the new score?
Can you just post your human capital score section? There is a total error in CRS calculator. It shows 15 points for canadian education but there is a total error in human capital score section.
Yes study in Canada is mentioned twice, once in human capital and once in additional points. But I think, the one mentioned in
human capital isn't really suppose to be added, it's just there if that makes sense.
But last week CRS calculator was showing the updated score including the additional points. Seems like we need to wait for a few more days to get a clear picture.
