Can I stay in Toronto for 14-days of quarantine (and after quarantine) if I have an employer-specific work permit and my LMIA has Vancouver city mentioned as a primary work location? The employer is flexible and allows me to work from other cities in Canada.

Hard to say if CBSA will make a big deal if you don't go to Vancouver especially because it is a closed permit. There should be part of your work in person or there was no need for you to get a WP. You could have worked remotely from your home country. Is there an office in Toronto?

The only issue I am facing is that I have no one in Vancouver to support me in the first 14-days of quarantine for household items and groceries etc but I have relatives in Toronto who can help me in this regard. Please suggest something considering my situation.
