I was employed in a company for 13 months (30+ hours a week), but on the 3rd month, I took a 2 weeks unpaid leave to go on holiday.

1) Does it make my 12 monthly work experience not consecutive according to the EE rule?
2) If not, do I have to minus this time from 13 months?
3) Do I have to minus the time of my official paid leave?
