1 year Post Grad Diploma for BE in Computers

I am from Mumbai, India.

I was calculating my CRS through CIC calculator and it seems with an IELTS score of 8,7,7,7 (L,R,W,S), my CRS is 402, which is too low to get an ITA.

However, when I selected the option of two certificates with one at least of 3 years my CRS shot upto a decent 438. (I am B.E)

Can someone recommend me a 1 year PGD recognized by WES or IQAS?

Which distance learning institute is recognized by them?

Is there any other way to boost my CRS?

Even 438 score doesn't seem decent at this stage.
