1+1 certificates of 1 year each, PGWP length?

I am still doubtful of one thing, since nothing clearly mentioned, whether working full time between two programs impact length of PGWP. Eg- I do 1 certificate program then with the gap of 4-5 months I start another certificate program. Will I be considered for at least 2 yr work permit in this case? Anybody who can share any similar real instance.
