in NOC under 0213, there is 1 example title as "Internet systems administrator"
im not a manager, but have 4 years of experience with same job duties.
Do i qualify under fast track program?

From what I have read on this forum and a few people's experience. The important thing is that your job duties must match/be the same. So, give it a go.
