    They sent portal 1on the 5th of July but I didn't get it,I called IRCC ont he 12th of July and they confirmed that they sent it on the 5th,they requested for another one and it was sent same day...didn't hear anything else until today,another portal 1...I have replied also soo let's hope to get...
