    IRCC refund me biometric fee in error, then ask for ADR for me to pay it back

    CEC inland, AoR March12th 2023, all passed except Background Check (last update was on May 2nd), never contacted IRCC since AOR, got Ghost Update yesterday, got really excited, then this ADR today. I guess life needs some humour, especially when we are waiting for PPR, so I just post this out...
