Travelling to Dominican tomorrow- immigration form with RTD

Hello,

I'm travelling to the Dominican with RTD and was told there is an e-immigration form that needs to be filled out. It asks for your country of birth and nationality. For nationality- there is a "Refugiado" (refugee?) option, but wasnt sure if we should choose that or put our actual nationality. Please let me know if anyone travelled and what you chose on the form!
