"Maximum" - I've no idea. But for "reasonable" - look at 2024 applications (I looked at september just to not look at the youngest files b/c they exclude slow ones). Average AOR to test invite was about 45-60 days (I just eyeballed AOR for a rough idea). And not all applications are faster than average, and it's currently slowed down somewhat.
So two months, 2 1/2 from AOR - not unreasonable. Nothing to worry about yet, nothing to call about.
Quick question just want to double check so I dont go crazy. I completed my exam on march 30th but forgot to email myself the confirmation page, I assumed i would get some automatic email, but is it normal to still see the "Your next step: Citizenship Test waiting on you" orange box in the tracker after taking the exam? My guess it stays there until the tracker gets updated with a result, but just want to confirm its the same for everyone else.

Took mine on 30 march and still shows that. I guess it is normal since IRCC taking some time to officially validate the test. I was asked for RCMP fingerprints the next day I completed test.

It’s not mandatory to email the result to yourself, so don’t worry, it ll be update automatically on tracker however may take time. For few it get updated in 2-3 days and for few it take longer, mine got updated after 2 days.
I think they are ramping up the January application now. Few people are beginning to see their oath completion today. At the current pace IRCC is going, I predict that February applicants should be next by June.
Took test on march 16 and is not updated still while I am seeing some people who took test in April and it’s already updated for them. I know each file has its own processing time but I am getting a bit worried. Looking for some reassurance here. Are there other people in the same boat?
