Why do you need a job offer to sponsor your spouse/common law partner?
State your previous job, your savings and start looking for a new job.
Explain your plan, and when you get a new job, update IRCC.
Do not misrepresent yourself to "pretend" that you still work for your previous employer.
As long as you can have a plan to support yourself and PA, you are fine. Do not apply for social assistance. (i.e. welfare)
Yes, state your job and indicate the last date you worked. You don't need to categorically state that you lost it, jobs are always on-going, as long as you are not receiving welfare.
Provide proofs of your savings and convertible assets. Those are sufficient. Best wishes.

Thank you for your response. What will be the best thing to do without a job offer? I can show about $30k in savings account, and I have a house on mortgage and some gold
Thanks for the response, I have uploaded the new job offer letter with future joining date, letter of explanation and proof of funds through savings and investments worth $50k. Still waiting for AOR.

I just have a question regarding our application. so we have submitted our application January of this year as outland, And I (sponsor) has received an eligibility letter already But my husband (PA) has not received any eligibility letter yet But his tracker says it is complete and has received a pre-arrival letter. is he supposed to receive eligibility letter?
Email: from Sydney office asking to upload nikah naama (issued by union council) along with certified translation. NADARA issued marriage certificate (English) was already submitted with the application.
The country specific checklist clearly mentions NADARA certificate alone is not sufficient. You need to submit original nikkah nama in urdu along with certified English translation in addition to NADARA certificate
