Did you ever receive approval for the principal applicant? I believe it's also called Approval in Principle (AIP). Also, which country is your PA from, and was it an inland or outland application?
Hey guys, I applied Dec 02.
My biometrics, medical and eligibility completed and BG in progress on tracker
On GCKEY eligibility still in progress BG - we are processing your BG check
and got my Pre arrival
What are the next steps and how long for next steps to be completed and is is possible for both of the systems that is tracker and gckey to show different status ?
Can’t believe people applying December 2024 are panicked when their applications are being processed extremely fast. If you get COPR or eCOPR within 6 months that is considered extremely fast processing since some wait over a year.
I know for a fact (I myself applied on December 2024 although it was inland) that the wait is hard, but you folks really need to try to relax a bit or the wait is seriously going to kill you hahaha. Trust the process, it will be alright.
Oh, of course! Because nothing soothes immigration anxiety like being told six months is basically instant. I’m sure everyone waiting over a year is just thrilled to hear how "fast" others have it.

The fact is that 6 months is for all intents and purposes instant. It's also true that for most people their applications won't go that fast. I think it's better in the long run for our mental health to accept this as soon as we can and also to accept the current processing times as real even if they might not be 100% accurate. Better to expect a two year wait and end up with a year or a year and a half in the end than grow increasingly more frustrated because your application is taking longer than others out there.
I'm sorry but if hearing that the process is that much faster for others than for you then visiting these forums might not help with your anxiety.
Quite frankly, I can understand that a little. My last update was in mid-February, and I'm now waiting for my background check to be finished. Even if it seems silly, it's a bit like back at university, waiting for the results after an exam.
I can't even imagine how people feel, when they wait for months or years. Fingers crossed, and all the best and strength to you guys.
Medical status changed to completed. However, No BIL still, even though PA has done biometrics for TRV before, it says in the Guide that it must be done again. Paid the Fee a month ago almost, but nothing still. BG and Biometrics in Progress, Eligibility not started.
