Hello, since January 2024, Background check changed to NA in GC key and into in progress in the tracker.
Our medicals expired since July and has been vanished in GC key, on August I saw a GU and since that nothing happened.
I think we are in comprehensive security check for several reasons (Military Mandatary Services, two previous Visa refusals for one dependant (Canada and another country)...)

I tried to send a webform to know my application status but I got no answer.
I got an update on October 14th on the tracker; It was an activity update for principal applicant : 11 October 2024 : we received your enquiry. I think that the enquiry is a webform I sent on September 4th.
