Just an update here , got BOWP approval today valid till 2027 from Edmonton office . Still no update since the last call on the CEC application tho.

Congratulations Mate...

I am wondering... Why I got only 1 year BOWP !
Mine is valid until Jan. 2026 only.

the deadline just stated that "This document should be received at office by 2025/02/07 and my represntative submitted it on same date 2025/02/07 at 2Pm. he said to me according to UTC we can do submission until 6:00pm of 2025/02/07 but i was just worried for myself and today GCKey updated saying Feb10,2025 we received your docment and we are reviewing it but nothing on tracker.

Don't stress over it too much. You're good since you submitted before the deadline!

then nothing but tracker got updated time to time
Jan 31- Eligibility turned progress and same day ADR.
Feb 7- ADR Submitted
Feb 10 - we are reviewing your additonal documents.
It been 5 months i m worried when will i get FD? Tracker date last updates Feb 4.

it was for inclusion of spouse as i got married when my PNP was in process and i added my soouse in my EE Application. So they asked questions reagrding our relationship.

it was for inclusion of spouse as i got married when my PNP was in process and i added my soouse in my EE Application. So they asked questions reagrding our relationship.

Now that you have added your spouse, it's gonna take additional time for your spouse's eligibility and background check. Don't stress over it too much!

That's great! Now, just wait for the visa officer to finalize it and that will initiate the last step in background check - security screening!

they told me on call that everything is good as of now no need to worry your eligibilty is recommended pass, Criminality passed, Info sharing in process and security not started.
One thing is that last time i called in first week of january at that time they told me info sharing in process do you know why info sharing taking so long. and if eligibilty is recommended pass can i get decision soon. or as you say for my spouse it gonna take additional
time.
