Expired Express entry profile

Hi,
My EE profile expired this January after 1 year. Now when I try to make a new profile I don't get an option to apply under Express Entry (EE). Can someone please help me this issue.

When I click on "Apply to come to Canada". I can only see two options which are "Visitor Visa, Study and/or work permit " and "International Experience Class (IEC) ". But I don't have the third option for Express Entry (EE).

I am trying to create the new file under the same GCkey account and I am not able to see the option for EE.

okay, ideally it has 3 options. If not, I would suggest you to try and generate a reference code using this link https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/c2c/eapp

Once you have it, go to GCKey and enter this code through option "Apply to come to Canada"

EDIT : this is just a random solution I could think of. Not sure if this will work

I tried it and once I put the reference code it says you already have an Express entry profile. But the application I have shows profile expired on it.

Have you found a solution to this problem? I am facing this situation now. My profile expired today. I don't see any option to renew it. How to do I start a new application?
