Please I need help,how do I lift a 5 years ban of misrepresentation? I gave an unprofessional agent my application for a study permit and that of my husband a work permit,he requested for our bank statement which we gave him but I think he altered it ..note this is without our knowledge although I have read the immigration officer holds us responsible for any documents submitted.please is there a possibility to appeal because the pfl he submitted wasn't sufficient enough,he only submitted an updated account statement without a proper explanation and also he dint show any of this to us ..we are still unaware of all that he submitted because he's not releasing our login information.

I am yet to receive my passport. My application was approved last week Monday and I was notified that it’s been dispatched from IRCC office in Accra on Tuesday. No news since then

Sponsor Eligibility Complete: Jan 21, 2025
BIL: Jan 22, 2025
BIL Complete: Feb 3, 2025
PA Eligibility Complete: Feb 4, 2025
Pre-Arrival Letter: Feb 5, 2025
Sponsor Eligibility Letter: February 6, 2025
MIL: Not started
BGC: In progress

Since PA is Liberia, VO will be Accra. Any thoughts on our timeline so far? I'm concerned about what I've heard about Accra VO being slow.
