Hi I submitted my wife passport for stamping on Jan 29th to Delhi Ircc.

May I know how long its take to get delivered?

Wait 3-5 weeks. They send out printed passports in a batch. Also, there's already an existing thread for "IRCC New Delhi Passport Stamping" with a lot of info on current processing timelines.
