My file was under assessment since june 2023 till date no updates,

I have submitted my file on January 2023 in Rural renewal stream on AAIP portal.

What to do now?

They are not approving or denying most worst visa system in the world.
 
So if you applied for PR through IRCC, processing is 20 months. If waiting for nomination then contact Alberta.

Then instead of putting your life on hold explore other countries to immigrate to

What if they asked me about upload some documents and given a last date. But i missed that date by 2 days.. so they will decline or give more time?
 
Alberta send me a mail that upload bank balance certificate in 5 days. They give me deadline by 19 jan 2025. And i saw that mail on 21 jan 2025. I requested them to give 2 more days to submit they will approve or decline?

Don’t know. They can say no since you didn’t meet deadline.
