Is there any actual instruction published anywhere that they have to act upon the 3 month since p2 deadline?
Or is that just something that makes us feel better and they do it when they want?

I think they can escalate it after 3 months / 90 days

When I finally got on a call with them today, I was told by the agent there is nothing I can do apart from wait, they didnt even mention the 90 days thing.

So, I asked them about the 90 days thing and if that is a possibility. They said yes, but they can do it only after 90 days from the date of portal account creation. They then said the date of P2 is mostly the date of portal account creation, but in rare cases it can be 1 day earlier as well.

These guys to are not sure or they don't want to tell anyone.

On Twitter IRCC mentioned that they are doing some kind of maintenance with their online portals today and tomorrow, so I’m really hoping they get restarted on issuance mid-week. This is definitely getting very frustrating for sure!

Portal account creation means P1.. not P2..
But they didn't do anything when I called

This is only from 20th Jan 11:00 pm to 21st Jan 6:30 am EST. Although, I hope it's some issue they fix which is preventing things from moving forward! *fingers crossed*

I get the maintenance part but the eCoPRs issuance has become very scarce to almost negligible since January 15th. Hope they bounce back quick as a lot of people's livelihood is dependent on it. Praying that they issue it fast enough!

I know this is not the forum for it. Just wondering if any of you had their SIN changed recently and their old SIN is now deactivated when login to CRA? I still can and got my new SIN last Tuesday.
