work permit not received

Hi My work permit got approved and i didn't receive it through mail. After it got approved i moved to new address and i tried to updated my mailing address in ircc. Unfortunately i couldn't. My friend there told me that they didn't get any mail from ircc. I tried to call customer service as well but they kept me waiting, no agent. I submit webform as well but no rply for that too. Dont know what to do. Please help me.

Hi sorry for late reply not yet the officer said when i was called they will send on september 22 which is exactly 6 weeks

Hey ! Can anyone help me please . I just wanna know how long it take for ircc to send replacement documents. Actually, I never received my physical hard copy of work permit for the first time but then again I fill out the form they gave me but again the same thing , didn’t receive anything . If anyone know please help me out .

Hello, I applied for my work permit to IRRC and they sent me information that it was released to the postal address I gave them but I haven’t received it. I called them to inform them about it but I was told to wait 6 weeks but they elapsed and am trying to call but they are not responding. I have got

The IRCC supposedly sent a work permit that was renewed a few days before the Canada Post strike. Filled out a webform after six weeks had elapsed and told them we have not received it. It is now Jan. 14th, 2025 and still hasn't arrived. Are they sending this by Pony Express? I suppose Canada Post could be conveniently holding up the mail at various sorting plants as well, surely the backlog is back to normal at this point.
