BC PNP post nomination process

Hi,
I have got nomination from BC pnp under skill worker international post graduate category. I have received an email stating that I need to couriers all filled application since it is a paper based application. But when I read the guidelines I found there is a online portal to apply for provincial nominee program (non-express entry). Can I use it to apply or do I have to couriers all filled form ?

Hello how long did it take for you to get nominated. I submitted my BCPNP IPG Non EE application 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back. Also did you have a job offer in your application?

It took me a month to get nominated and yes I had a job offer too!

Along with the job offer does the employer also need to provide "Evidence of recruitment efforts"? Thanks.

If we got nominated by BC PNP in teer 4 job non express already, then, we get promotion in teer 2 job. Can we put post nomination request to give update and get new nomination in express entry to get 600 points ..??
