You are over thinking. Your ex-wife is not your family. Until the half sister/brother is born, Your child's family composition has not been changed yet.
So no need to update until your ex-wife has give birth to the half sister. And even after the baby is born, it's only the additional family...

There is NO inland category for child sponsorship.
Update the address of your child's current location, IRCC will know that he is outside and will send PPR when the application is finished. Then child will need to travel and land with stamped passport to become PR.
-
the 5 month trend was for the inland sponsorship application. The new TRV policy JUST started and we do not have the data of how much time these spouses will get the OWP after entering with TRV.
-
??
You are now virtually landed. So you are a PR now. Any of your previous visitor or work permit is not valid any more. You will get your first PR card (not sure if you need to apply or is that process automatic with virtual landing. Check other discussion to find out.) Keep your eCOPR in a...

Not every case can be apply via H&C. As scylla pointed out, there is risk that parents will not be able to get ANY temp visa (visitor or super visa) if the H&C is refused. So it needs to be handle carefully and likley will need to consult an immigration lawyer.
-
So you have been working under the table for yourself. You need WP even if you are self employed.
-
You can save/print the email as PDF and attach to the OWP application.

Your child can stay outside while being sponsored. update his address. Medical can be done at any panel physician .
However, if the SPONSOR (you or your spouse) is a PR, he/she will need to live in Canada to sponsor. So are you a citizen/PR?
few weeks would be fine. 2 -3 months would be...
-
Well, yes they can if they can all travel to Canada (which so far seems unlikley for your sister to get TRV ).
And if they all come to Canada, they "can" apply but can apply doesn't mean will be approved. It depends on the reason behind H&C.
And it usually refers to hardship if they are removed...

I read his reply. That's why I said we repeatly said that. If you look back the past few pages, more than 1 memeber already provided the same information.
I did not REPEAT myself.
-
We have repeatly said that ONLY spouse or common law partner of the sponsor can cosign.
So either you and your spouse OR your brother and his spouse income can be count as "family income".
In IRCC terminology, you and your brother are NOT part of an immediate family.
As co signer, you need to...

It depends on the medical exam and the assessment.
And I don't believe that 60% plus people in 50s has diabetes, B.P & thyroid ..... Where did you get this information?
-
You are responsible for them for the next 20 years. That's been changed a long time ago to 20 years.
They are not eligbale for pension (Old age security). Since they've never worked in Canada and just arrived. May be they can get a small amount after they live here for 10 years...

There are questions from members here to this new instruction. Most of us do not think that you need to destroy PR cards that's still valid and you are only applying for rewnewal.
So hold off doing that .. and hopefully, there will be a clear answer for this new instruction. (it's suspected to...
