IRCC shows around 18 days of processing time. Consider a month at least..

If you got a mail like this, then eCOPR would be uploaded in your PR Portal. It would still show Status as "In Review with IRCC" ...

From what it is seen, the processing time of various streams differ. CEC & PNP processing would generally be closed in & around 6 months...
