Canada Maternity Benifits - Child born in USA

I have worked in Canada for more than 52 weeks Full Time. My husband works on H1 in USA and we are planning to deliver the baby in US. In this case , will I be able to apply for Maternity Benefits when me and my baby come back to Canada.
