    I think everyone has to do biometrics again now even if you ever gave it prior but that’s subject to application submission. I think its post June 14 2023 submissions. Maybe you can pay, contact them and claim a refund after?

    I agree. I don’t think anyone will bat an eyelid if you are not living together for a short duration, couple of months but if the goal isn’t you living together then it may create problems at a later stage. Maybe you should be moving to the US? Doesn’t US recognize common law?

    Dont stress mine said I had “ we are reviewing your medical results”, even though I haven’t done them yet. I think they may have finished your backgrounds and are updating their system.

    In your opinion. There is a reason it’s called a ‘mistake’. Some people may be lying and some people make a honest mistake on forms. When someone asks a question here, we as a community provide advice and support to guide them and to not chide them.

    …for more than 6 months in a row..so if u travelled every 5 months u Would not need a pcc from that country
