I applied for PR in the CEC stream from the province of Quebec at the age of 32 yrs. I work as a postdoctoral fellow and used NOC code 4011.

I intend to leave Quebec between April and May 2021. I am planning to apply for a BOWP with a temporary address in Toronto/Ottawa (for my prospective job searches/interviews and apartment hunting).

I currently have an employer specific work permit with expiry on May 2021. However, my current job contract was cut short and made till mid-March 2021. This formed a good basis for writing a genuine LOE and further applying for a BOWP even though I am applying from Quebec under CEC. Fingers crossed
