    3 weeks past 1st notice. I got second notice yesterday and first one was on 6 July, though I replied to it on 9 July.

    Today I called at IRCC and the agent advised me to again reply to the second notice. According to him getting an auto reply means your response is received by IRCC. I don’t know whether there is a glitch in the system or something else. Many others have also received the second notice as well.
