    Sounds good. This means LICO is required to meet for total 6 people only for sponsorship, not 8. No need to count in law parents on supervisa for LICO

    Any progress in your case ? I have adult sister with low IQ. Checking with lawyers. Tells 10k fee for appeal if visa refused, money is not a priority in this situation but still chances are 50/50 they say.

    Mother is actually 62 now & father is 66 now. Yes, my father is retired from Govt job & mother was always a home maker. Can they claim H&C from outside Canada? on what grounds? They cannot leave my sister there even if they have super visa.
