    Nope. I got my portal 1 july 24th and replied the same day. Waiting for portal 2 now. it looks as if VO Montreal has some sortof queue or a schedule to send out portal 2 emails. This is often between 14-19 days. what stream did you apply through? Express entry or non express entry?

    What stream did you apply in? most probably over the next 4-5 days you should get a portal email asking to provide your details. more or less this is an approval that is pending the landing process that will be done online. Once this is completed, y Get your COPR.

If an applicant has applied for PR using the PR portal and not applied for Express Entry, the account has already been created.     Did they give you a brand new login or did you just log into your already existing account and you could upload your picture there? just like you, I already have a portal account because I applied for PR using this portal.
