I’m holder of PR Card and I also Swedish PR. I entered to Canada with my Swedish travel document and I had applied for a Canadian travel document few months after I arrived to Canada I submitted my Swedish travel document with my application. After two weeks I got a letter that says I have right for A certificate of identity travel document not the blue travel document. I spent back the certificate of identity to the office because there is no country that accepts it when applying for a visa to Europe. I got back my Swedish travel document. My question is I have my home country passport with my but it’s expired since 2018 I did know that I have to submit when I applied for Canada travel document because in an application, they say it’s only that submit the passport that you used to enter to Canada so that’s why I submitted my Swedish travel document not my home country passport. So wondering now if I applied again for Canada travel documents and submit both my passport Proof of my identity with my home country passport will I be able to get the blue travel document.
