    This is absolutely sheer incompetence on the part of IRCC now. I haven't received the biometrics request letter for my wife yet, her medicals are "completed" but waiting for so long. What in the world are they doing?

    Congrats ... and at least you got on the phone with them. I have been trying for days. They asked for my wife's (added dependent after AOR) medical, we did the medical and they've updated as completed, but no news on biometrics ... like what is the reason they are so late, and why can't they...
