Yes, It had made a difference for many applicants. I suggest anybody who has crossed 90 days mark should call IRCC.

Unfortunately true! Some applicants were told that they call back after 3 months from P2 if they don't get their eCoPR!

I called IRCC today to inquire about the ecopr, and one of the representative said there is no timeline, all you need to do is wait..!!
