I took oath on Feb 17th. Status got updated in tracker to completed today (Feb 22). NGF office. Ottawa resident.

I received the certificate of citizenship today :-D 8 days after my ceremony!

Received Citizenship Certificate on Feb 22, 2022.

I am a Feb 2020 Applicant. Passed my Test in Aug 2021.
Sent travel documents as requested by CIC on Aug 25, 2021.
But after that nothing on my application till today.
Very worried why It's getting too late.
Tried Web Form Inquiry lot of times, but always the same response, delay due to Covid & situation in Afghanistan.
When will this journey end?
Now PR Card expiring soon, don't know what to do.
Anyone in the same boat.

Background verification: 20 Jan, 2021
Test complete: Feb 8, 2022

Language skills, Physical presence, and Prohibitions, all currently show 'In progress' now.

What that means?
What they will ask in that Interview?
Does anyone got the same letter?

Hi,
Most of the time it's a formal interview to clarify some information that you have provided in your application. Some peoples mentioned in this forum that their interview have been cancelled by the agent in charge of their application.

Hi,

I had my citizenship oath ceremony today.I have one question.

The officer said something about writing the initials of her name somewhere ( either in the Oath form or may be in the subject of the email).
Can someone tell me where do I need to provide these initials please?
