You should definitely go for mandamus, honestly, I don't know what are you waiting for? An FSW applicant from Oct 2020 filed mid-dec and got the portal email first week of Jan, and you are Feb 2020..?!?

I think they are dealing with the Ukraine issue right now so don't know if they still working on the backlogs or not.
But hope we will get the gold email soon.
