Hi everyone! I haven't got my AOR yet and I'm really stressed now. Therefore, I want to contact IRCC to know if they haven't opened my file yet or they lost my file.
But when I tried the number 1-888-242-2100, the system required me to provide the application number which I never get it.
Can anyone tell me exactly step by step to talk to the officer?

(Not Sure) But I think they ask for UCI number not Application number.

Does it make a difference in terms of application complexity when you have souse?

I think so. Because with spouse application there is double work to check for them.
For example: my background and spouse background too.

Sharing my timeline

• Stream: Essential worker (non healthcare) English speaker
• 1 dependent (my common-law who's also a Canadian citizen)
• Submitted: May 17, 2021
• AOR: Dec 21, 2021
• Processing fees refunded for common-law application: received on Dec 21, 2022 (I wasn't sure when I applied if I needed to pay for my common-law so I paid to be safe)
• Biometrics: Already submitted before
• PR request (PR approved): Feb 21, 2022
• Photo/address uploaded: in progress

Note: when I submitted everything in May I forgot to include my pay stubs, work contract (I had only proof of employment letter) and the notary signature on IMM5409 (declaration of common-law) but I haven't been asked to send those information.

Adr for pcc and ielts (i submitted through wbform before but they requested again)
Uploaded both documents same day

But i did a new one meanwhile as well.
So idk which one they saw or what they approved
But i did both.
I dont think a new one is required though

yes, after I linked my application, I received two emails right away, AOR and ADR

Application Linked: January 07, 2022
GU: several times ( I did not write it down)
First ADR: January 07, 2022 (PCC and IELTS), uploaded two days later
Second ADR: February 04, 2022, Prof of income and form IMM 5669, uploaded days after
Confirmation Received Documents: Feb 07, 2022 (we got your documents and processing)
Portal request: February 18, 2022 evening (IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal )
Replay to Portal Request Email: same day (February 18, 2022)
Receive User name and Password for PR portal: February 21/2022
PR Confirmation case has been successfully submitted: February 21/2022
Portal confirmation: 22/02/2022
ecoPR: 22/02/2022
PR Card: waiting
