No dispatch message yet..maybe will get on Monday as VFS is closed on weekend
VFS picked up on 31st

yes in India two way courier is the only way as of now

Ok, but where are these instructions posted? I don't see it in Ready for Visa email and nothing is mentioned on VFS Global's website for passport submission.
