Your file is currently located at the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia. We are unable to contact the processing centres directly, we receive our updates directly from IRCC agents regionally.
We have made IRCC aware of your situation and unfortunately cannot provide processing times at the moment.

Apparently, my file is STILL IN SYDNEY. I live in NL and there is a local IRCC office here in St. John's (NL). Why didn't IRCC send my file to IRCC-Local-Office in Newfoundland? Any idea?
PS: BG completed in September 2022.

I send passport documents via canada post. Online tracker saying that its delivery pending but today i contacted them and asked then they said it was delivered a day ago but as we deliver in bundle (with other ), its not necessary that canada post tracker update accordingly. Status may never update but 100% sure that document has delivered.
Anyone else has the same experience? or should i give passport office a call for the updates? suggestions?

This is the tracking page for Telus equipment that I sent back.
You can see it's out for delivery since September last year.
I haven't received any complaint from Telus, so I just assumed it was delivered.
You can just use the webform to contact IRCC to confirm, but I wouldn't worry about Canada Post not delivering your mail.
It's been 9 weeks for me and I still haven't yet gotten an oath invite so... possibly longer. My wife got DM 4 months ago and no oath invite yet and IIRC someone on this board has been waiting 6+ months.
