Help Post.......
I applied for International Graduate stream on May 6th 21 at 11: 30 PM EST. Till date I did not receive any AOR. Today morning I called the IRCC and got a TFN for my application. Can anyone tell me what do I do next. A prompt reply would be highly appreciated please.
It means your file is in queue to be acessed by an officer (its basically a waitlist)
Probably just send some documents which you were unable to do at time of submission. They will be added to your file in about 30 days ( can be less than that as well)
But submit your documents
Hope you will be able to link soon
Usually takes 4 to 8 weeks after tfn to link file (standard time)
Some link it in a week too , some have to wait more than 8 weeks too
Hi guys, I have a few questions? i got a email with a number telling me to link my application to my account. Is that called AOR? and what happens after uploading pcc? and what is portal request and ecopr ?
Yes, this is AOR. When you upload PCC the officer will start working on your application.
You need to wait until they request for any other documents or the application is approved which then you will be notified by email with a portal request.
It gives you the credentials to login and confirm your address and add your photo then it's ecopr which is the confirmation of your permanent residency.

It’s tough to be patient but there is nothing you can do except to wait for AOR.
They probably provided it because you asked for it.
But at least TFN provides some assurance that you actually have a file in the system.
But you can try using it to send missing documents through webform.

Lol
Every file is not issued the tfn in my opinion.
Some directly get AOR as well
But tfb gives an idea of which series your file lies in
Most of the jan 2022 tfn are in series 0024 and 0025
Whereas feb 2022 have 0025,0026,0027

Thank you so much for your advice. I would raise a webform to submit some of my docs.
I haven’t gotten an update yet since my medical changed. No ADR also. I thought I would be popping Champagne by this week.
Let me continue with my soda. Champagne would be for next week then.
I just received AOR and PCC request today.
Here is my timeline
stream - essential non healthcare ( stream B)

AOR AND PCC REQ. - 17 Feb 2022

First, application is checked for completeness which is done at the centralized intake office in Sydney (CIO-S).
Then, when it's accepted as complete, it moves to other offices for other steps, CPC-Ottawa review permanent resident applications from the United States and Canada, after they have been received and deemed complete by CPC-M or CIO-S.

Okay. Thanks. Do you know if the Ottawa office is faster in processing as compared to other CPC?
Just wondering, do you guys got any updates regarding Portal Request?
